Under current economic situations do the banks prefer to increase or decrease the volumes of investments in advertizing?

Today the banks are very attentive towards the efficiency of their expenditures, which also refers to their advertizing budgets. In general, throughout the market, the level of expenditures on advertizing needs is the same as it was last year. Though I do not exclude that advertizing budgets of some banks might have suffered sufficient cuts.

Banks, like other companies, for example FMCG, now have started to invest money in advertizing more thoughtfully and carefully. Shift to internet and other media means is observed. The latter costs cheaper than TV, and thus at their expense, the cut in absolute figures is achieved.
